The cottages are nestled beautifully in the
Woods. The overall cleanliness stood out, although we found the fridge not working and had to deal with a mess. I appreciated the effort to save water by not changing towels daily, refreshing.

Nicely equipped room with private bathroom and central heating, coffee/tea making machines, and satellite television. Feather pillows, nice bed. Great and fantastic location for enjoying restaurants and a coffee house near the hotel.

The reasons I'm conflicted
The cozy cabin provided a lovely escape, where my family enjoyed bonding around the fireplace and relished the fine views just steps away from nature. It was good to disconnect from devices and unwind.
The lack of cleanliness was disheartening. Trash and signs of neglect detracted from our otherwise peaceful stay. We encountered some unfriendly encounters at the front desk.

My stay was quite comfortable for 5 nights. The staff from start to finish were helpful and efficient. The location seemed marvellous and convenient near an outlet. Moreover, it's near the mountain.

WiFi connectivity terribly inconsistent!!! No kitchenware in the cabin, which makes it difficult for meal prep!!! Parking lot conditions could use a serious improvement!!!

The location was ideal, for example, Mount Rainier National Park was within walking distance of the hotel. I ate at the broiler restaurant near the venue.

Room 4 was spacious; had a fireplace.
The wood was probably wet as it smoked up the entire room; the smoke alarm went off three times. We breathed smoke most of the night... smelled like smoke the next day.

The location offered fine access for hiking, although the Wi-Fi connectivity posed some challenges. The decor created an inviting atmosphere, perfect after an adventurous day. A lovely experience amidst nature.

Friendly staff. Gave us a great room - actually a house trailer to better accommodate my 91 year-old mother.

We loved the rustic log cabin room that we stayed in. The kids enjoyed the free tv, and it had plenty of amenities: full-size fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, three full-size beds.
It was very cold in our room, even though the host had turned the heat on in anticipation of our arrival. We built a fire, but that didn't help. We ended up turning the thermostat all the way up, but it was still very cold in the room even when we woke up.

Staff was friendly and helpful. However, your booking made for some changes. We had requested a first floor room---they do not have any first floor rooms, and we did not find out until we got there. Luckily, they also have cabins and one was available; however, it cost us an extra $10.00, which did not make us very happy. That was Booked.net's fault, not the inn's!
